This is my 10 pesos Mexican coin from 1980, made of cupro-nickel, showing in the obverse Miguel Hidalgo's profile and in the reverse the Mexican eagle over a nopal (cactae). There were two versions of this coin, thin flan, 1.6 mm, 1974-77 and the thick flan, 2.3 mm, 1978-85. The value of the coin is estimated between 3 to 4.80 dollars.
